We are a successfully growing company and have been developing business applications for our customers from all sectors, industry and municipalities for more than 13 years. We operate primarily in the German speaking region, but also serve customers in North America and Asia. We focus on barcode and RFID-based applications for asset and inventory management. We also perform fixed asset inventories and inventories of spare parts warehouses at our customers’ facilities.

Project Leader/Project Manager

Your tasks

You will support the team as an interface between our customers, the development department and our inventory staff. Together with our developers and inventory managers, you will implement the tasks taken up by the customer and take over the coordination of the projects. They also coordinate the cooperation with our partners in order to provide top quality services to our customers. Entrepreneurial thinking is the basis of your actions.
With your experience you support our developers in the implementation of the tasks.

Your profile

  • Moderation skills and a confident manner is one of your strengths
  • a degree in technology or training in the IT field is desirable
  • You have very good knowledge in project management
  • You have experience in SAP FI-AA and ideally also in using GUIXT, too
  • Knowledge of software development methods and experience with operating systems, network topologies and databases are advantageous.
  • You communicate business fluently in German and English with our customers and partners
  • You have experience in project costing
  • You have a driver’s license for passenger cars

Junior Sales Manager

Your tasks

  • You will be the first point of contact responsible for acquiring new customers and developing our existing customer relationships.
  • You will process inquiries from interested parties and customers and, in coordination with colleagues from project realization and software development, convert these into offers and practice-oriented solution concepts.
  • You will prepare product presentations for online or on-site presentations.
  • You operate primarily in the German speaking regions and handle inquiries from SMEs as well as from group companies and public clients.
  • You will realize the contact to our international customers via video and telephone conferences.
  • With a sharp mind and a quick grasp you analyze customer needs with your strong communication skills
  • With the ability to listen to customers needs, you signal our interest in their tasks and offer appropriate and understandable solutions.
  • You think in terms of a partnership and achieve long-term customer relationships.
  • A regular exchange with the team about new customer requests and product ideas is also part of your job.

Your profile

  • Fluent in written and spoken German and good English skills
  • Willingness to travel – even for business trips lasting several days
  • Class B driving license
  • High IT affinity, basic understanding of database applications
  • An empathetic nature and the ability to have an individual approach to customers

  • You have stamina, continuity and perseverance in initiating projects or developing relationships with our existing customers.

Back office service in part time

Your tasks

  • You will support the team with additional work for the accounting department and take over tasks within the scope of invoicing.
  • You will help with tasks conecerning our partners and suppliers in the procurement of materials.
  • You will take over subtasks in shipping and thus support our project managers.
  • In the internal sales department you will prepare offers and communicate with our customers, partners and suppliers.
  • Maintaining master data is an important part of your work.

Your profile

  • Fluency in written and spoken German. Knowledge of English is advantageous.
  • You communicate confidently with e-mails and are proficient in MS Office.
  • Basic knowledge of working with ERP systems
